Return Policy:

We take every measure to ensure that our customers' receive their orders undamaged. Unfortunately, problems do arise sometimes. We advise our customers to immediately check the goods once they arrive at their premises and put forward claims within 1 week for any damaged goods. We may either refund the amount already paid or replace the damaged pieces. Please do not return the goods back to us without informing us first.

 

Choose design
You can select any design from our displayed catalogue on our website or if you have your creative design, we will make carpet according to that design. Only you have to mail the design specifying clearly the color and size. You can also prefer not to use any design, weave just plain carpet without design.

 

 

Shipping
Namo Guru Carpet Industries will notify you by e-mail when your rug is about to be shipped. If you like, we will send a photo of finished orders for color etc. approval. Your order will be shipped directly to you from our factory in Nepal, usually via express courier service and other reliable freight agents. Namo Guru Carpet Industries will email you the tracking number at the time of shipment so you could track your shipment.

 

Time of Delivery
To send consignment by Air, it takes about 7 days to reach at the final Airport and the goods should be cleared from the airport. This is applicable for all over Europe, America and Asia. If we use one of the many international courier services, the shipment will be home delivered.

 

Freight
Freight can be prepaid or to collect. It depends upon your preference. The freight charge would be determined on the basis of weight or size of the order.

 

Insurance of Shipment
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we guarantee all of our products meet your expectation. All the products will be dispatched only after the individual inspection of the product from our Quality Control Team. For the damage on board, we suggest our Importers and customers to do the insurance of the shipment.

 

Payment and Order process

Mode of Payment
Currently, Namo Guru Carpet Industries is receiving advance payment via wire transfer to our bank account. Namo Guru Carpet Industries will advise you the full bank account for the payment at the time of placing your order.
